Located just 45 minutes outside of Chicago, Grundy County was the third fastest growing county in Illinois according to the 2010 Census. With a strong and diverse industrial base comprised of manufacturing, logistics, and energy producers, Grundy County is poised to be an increasingly vibrant participant in the growth of the Chicago metropolitan regional economy, while maintaining small-town advantages in a community and quality of life.
