UBC Local 174

Carpenters Local 174 represents over 2,600 skilled union carpenters throughout Grundy, Will, Kendall, Kankakee, Iroquois, Lasalle, Marshall, Bureau, Putnam, and Stark Counties. We provide owners, developers, end users, and municipalities with contractors for every facet of the carpentry trade given the scope of their project. We are a part of the Chicago regional Council of carpenters which represent over 35,000 skilled union carpenters and 72 counties throughout Illinois and Iowa.
