The Contractors Association of Will & Grundy Counties (CAWGC) was founded in 1933 and is a leading trade associate representing union contractors, subcontractors, and industry partners across Will & Grundy Counties.  We are dedicated to supporting our members through collective bargaining representation, workforce development, industry advocacy, and valuable networking opportunities.  CAWGC serves a trusted resource for contractors, providing access to industry insights, business connections, and a strong voice within the construction community.
