Stockdale Industrial Park is located West of Morris, IL between Route 6 and the Illinois River. Mid River Minerals is the Anchor business to the Stockdale Industrial Park and controls the CSX rail switch, rail yard and transload operations. The property is zoned Industrial, has open land for Build to Suit, expandable custom transload rail possibilities, lay-down areas and Lease/For Sale opportunities.

Mid River Minerals is a diversified mineral packager, 50# up to 2 tons. The main facility is over 45,000 Ft2 and can process over 200 tons/day through its packaging lines. MRM can transload over 1000 tons/day through the Stockdale CSX rail switch.
