Grundy Livingston Kankakee Workforce Board

The Workforce Board is a not for profit whose mission is to enhance workforce quality to meet regional needs. The Workforce Board works to ensure there is a skilled workforce for employers. There are numerous ways this is carried out. The Workforce Board provides funding for the Grundy Workforce Services office and employer training grants to train current employees. In addition, we are a resource for employers’ workforce needs such as recruitment, training, labor market information such as wage information, career awareness programs, and customized programs based off employer needs.
