The Grundy County Housing Authority is an Illinois Municipal Corporation.  Our 5 member Board of Commissioners is appointed by the Grundy County Board to help provide affordable living opportunities for all program qualified residents of Grundy County.  We have 3 low income housing developments.  All of our developments have a preference for low income Grundy County residents who are seniors or people with disabilities.  Rent is based on income and incomes at admission cannot exceed 80% of the area median household income.
